Rex & Rose Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

By booking a place for your child at Rex & Rose Holiday Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds requested at least 14 days before the club date will be issued, minus the booking fee.

Refunds requested less than 14 days before the club date will not be accepted. However, you may transfer your booking to another available session.

If a session is canceled by Rex & Rose due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

3. Transfers & Changes

If you need to transfer your booking to another date, you must notify us in writing at least 7 day before the session. Transfers are subject to availability.

4. Parental Responsibility & Conduct

Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details at the time of booking.

Children must be dropped off and collected on time. Persistent late collection may incur additional charges.

If a child's behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others, we reserve the right to remove them from the session without a refund.

5. Health & Safety

Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed during booking.

If a child becomes unwell during the session, parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but Rex & Rose is not liable for minor injuries or accidents that may occur during activities.

6. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be included, please inform us in writing before the session.

7. Liability

Rex & Rose is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the club.

By booking, parents/guardians acknowledge that some craft activities may involve materials that can stain clothing. Please dress children accordingly.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Rex & Rose After-School Club Terms & Conditions

By booking a place for your child at Rex & Rose After-School Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable.

If your child is unable to attend a session for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.

3. Parental Responsibility & Conduct

Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details at the time of booking.

Children must be dropped off and collected on time. Persistent late collection may incur additional charges.

If a child's behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others, we reserve the right to remove them from the session without a refund.

Rex & Rose Crafty Party Terms & Conditions

By booking a Rex & Rose Crafty Party, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least seven days before the party.

If full payment is not received by this time, the booking may be canceled without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations & Transfers

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you provide at least 14 days notice, you may transfer your party to another available date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will result in the full balance being forfeited.

3. Party Details & Requirements

The party duration, number of children, and activity choices must be confirmed at least seven days before the event.

We charge for a minimum of 10 kids at £19.50pp or £195.

Any additional guests or changes must be agreed upon in advance and may incur extra charges at £19.50pp.

4. Parental Responsibility & Conduct

At least one responsible adult must be present for the duration of the party.

If a child's behaviour is disruptive or poses a risk to others, we reserve the right to ask for their participation to be limited.

5. Health & Safety

Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed before the party.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but Rex & Rose is not liable for minor injuries or accidents that may occur during activities.

6. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs or videos during the party for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be included, please inform us in writing before the party.

7. Liability

Rex & Rose is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings during the party. Some craft materials may stain, so please dress appropriately.
